Magnus Racing Visits Detroit

DETROIT (June 3, 2013)- While much of the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship has focused on recapping their event during Saturday's Chevrolet Sports Car Classic in Detroit's scenic Belle Isle Park, the team at Magnus Racing was out to lunch this weekend, electing instead to share their photos from the experience.

Being in "motor city," team owner and co-driver John Potter decided to take a look for some possible new vehicles to race...

Meanwhile crew chief John Bedell got to meet one of his favorite groups... Insane Clown Posse!!!

...the guys got to visit the impressive GM Rennaisance Center!

Andy Lally went to visit one of his NY heroes, and met former Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick!!

Meanwhile Lars decided to take the bus down 8 Mile Road, and you'll never guess who he ran in to!!

So all of this begs the question, who REALLY won in Detroit?

Yep Detroit was screwed up and racing is serious business but at least you guys at Magnus Racing can still have a little fun even if things didn't go your way. Y'all are the greatest, keep it up..........
